Life Coaching & Mentoring

At Happy Life we believe in mentoring you to succeed. We support you when you need it most - in between sessions which is often when unexpected change, loss or sadness occurs. Our Life coaching allows you clear the past, define your future and map out the steps to achieving your goals in your personal relationships, career, health & fitness and passions.

 

We also incorporate a holistic approach to your sessions so you benefit from counselling and psychology techniques to increase your happiness, reduce & take control of negative emotions and stop the past dictating your present and future.

 

Counselling therapy

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, unclear about the future, depressed, anxious or tired, it’s not easy to keep picking yourself up to keep going. At Happy Life we give you the choice of accessing Medicare Rebates for counselling to make it easy and affordable for you to seek help when you really need it.

 

We work with a range of clients and have a special interest in men’s health. We often recommend men see our Sport and Health psychologist on staff who has experience in a range of issues specifically helpful to men such as building confidence, increasing motivation, increasing fitness and health and reducing stress, anxiety and feeling overworked. He has worked with a range of professional athletes and as such is able to build rapport very easily with men.

 

 

 

 

Grief and Loss & Relationship difficulties

 

Grief and loss can be experienced when someone you know or care about passes away or leaves you. Most people pass through the first few stages of grief quite quickly but it's then common for those who do not seek support to be left 'stuck' in the final stages of grief. It's necessary to have support to help you get through grief and in particular to speak to a professional when the grief is impacting on your life. One of the common consequences of grief is low self esteem, so seeking counselling support will not only help move you passed grief, but will help you to regain control over your emotions and life in general.

You will also learn how to be assertive in your current role and increase your confidence in your performance as well as create a workable work-life balance.

Self-sabotage & procrastination

 

When you're a perfectionist, or you have dreams that just feels too impossible to achieve, procrastination and self-sabotage can often creep in. In order to stop this from happening, at Happy Life we utilise techniques such as Neurolinguistic Programming to uncover and remove unconscious blocks and negative held beliefs so that you can freely move forward and achieve the success you're after.
