What makes happy people?

Happy people tend to have certain characteristics in common. These characteristics include having fewer things they dislike about themselves, feeling more certain about their attitudes and values, behaving in a more extroverted fashion, making friends easily and often finding themselves in leadership positions. Perhaps this is why most people, when asked what their ultimate goal in life is; respond by saying ‘happiness’. The good news is that happiness can be acquired.

Five key areas of happiness are work, home and relationships, finances, health and spirituality and each one of them is mediated by factors such as self-confidence, self-esteem, motivation and self-belief.

HAPPY HOME and RELATIONSHIPS

Your most important asset is your family. When you have a healthy family, your life is much more balanced and complete. It's easy to take these people for granted because they're always there, but take a moment to think about what life would be like without the people in your life who love you unconditionally.

HAPPY WORK
